This portal is used by LIFE University staff, faculty, and visitors looking to host a conference or event on-campus.
To submit a new request, select Program Request from the green navigation bar above and either login or register. You will need to register if you haven't used this portal to submit a program proposal before.
LIFE's Conference Services office handles requests for a variety of meeting spaces and facilities available on LIFE University's campus. We provide facility usage guidance and partner with skilled University departments and vendors to ensure the success of campus events and programming. We also manage the summer conferencing program, offering housing, dining and transportation support to groups during the Summer.
The Conference Services team works with your group to determine the best options for your event. We coordinate with various campus vendors and departments to ensure your visit to LIFE is a success!
